This time, room key didn't work as access key to spa area. (Changed policy?) To reduce hassle for guests, try to inform guests about this at check-in.

We had to dress in showers after an event, and the check-in was a disaster, as our room was given away to those. Entertainers. Not to mention, a little birdie told me the breakfast was super crowded and dirty! I almost wrote a good review, but i just couldn't!

The wonderful room with a balcony. Breakfast was very nice, but I arrived at breakfast early, and so should you, because it is not nice after the beginning.

There is no real restaurant here. They have a "Bar" with a hotplate and toaster style cooking area and a limited menu which is very expensive. On a Sunday night, there is no room service. There is no place close buy to eat on a Sunday, and during the week it is not much better. Since this hotel is so large and is located away from the city, they should have a real kitchen, or at least be more careful to make the Bar menu more healthy and have more variety.

Fairly clean perfect accommodation with extremely helpful staff and excellent location to the wonderful district of Haga. Well-organised, neat room with a balcony😃

great waterfront access and easy strolls to parks nearby

during my stay, I appreciated the easy access to beautiful waterfront pathways and the pleasant strolls to Krokangsparken, just around the corner, with a perfect spot for a leisurely walk and some lovely views.

The hotel is located at a really beautiful habour

We booked at the hotel where there was a room available even during the Gothia Cup. But the room was wonderful and we did not hear any sound from the hundreds of young soccer players in the evening. The breakfast was extensive and enjoyable. The location is interesting for a quiet walk in the evening, but there is a ferry and a bus that can take you to old Gothenburg for sightseeing.

The hotel is a bit tricky to find from the highway if your are approaching the city from the north, but convenient for a quick start in the morning.

Had a blast at this unique converted prison hotel! Loved the spacious family room and the rooftop jacuzzi views. Breakfast was a hit, especially with the vegan options. Just a bit chaotic during peak times, but overall a cool stay.
